Shipment costs
For every domestic shipment, the shipping costs amount € 5,- if the measurements of the package stay within the limits of the carrier. You will receive a track & trace code to follow your order. We aim at delivering your package within 48 hours. If your order consists of more than one product, we need to collect the products sometimes from different shops. Collection will take one day.
In case of returning goods: Shipping costs of the return will be on your account.

Delivery
We do our utmost to deliver your package within 24 hours. If products need to be collected from other warehouses we will try to deliver within 48 hours.
It sometimes happens that delivery cannot be proceeded within the desired delivery time, due to whatever reason. CBD store Spain shall be held responsible for this.
We will do our utmost to deliver the package still as soon as possible. If products are unexpectedly not deliverable, we will inform you per mail or phone.

Returns
This right does not apply if:
- the product has been used
- you tried to modify or to restore the product
- original package and / or attached tags are missing
** We like to draw your attention to the following:
Products which have been used and / or opened and / or modified never can be returned.
We request you to check the received products on defects. After the cooling off period we cannot make any exceptions regarding exchange and / or return.
You need to announce the return to info @ azothcbd.nl.
We will help you with the further procedure.
Within whole Europe, the announced products need to be received by us within 14 days after announcement. The shipping costs of the return will be on customers account.
If returns come in later than the above mentioned period, or returns are understamped, we need to charge you at least € 15,-.
We will handle the return within 14 days after receipt of the returned products. For the non-discounted (*) product, the prepaid amount (less promotional discounts, if any) will be reimbursed within 14 working days on your specified bank account.
All returns are for your own responsibility. Azoth advises you to send your package by using track & trace. Also available with postal shipments. At the post office they can help you with this. Azoth shall not be held liable for loss of the package(s) in case of being returned without track & trace.
